The WEL warehouse in Modesto, California is located in the Central Valley and provides access to both the BNSF and UP railroads with the help of Modesto Empire and Traction Company. We offer 100,000 square feet of storage space, of which 35,000 sq. ft. is temperature controlled and kept at 45 degrees for the purposes of aging cheese on-site. The Modesto facility is certified by the FDA, the US Department of Agriculture and AIB International.
