Participant Requirements
Prospective Lease Purchase participants must meet all of these following requirements to be considered for program:
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Must have zero alcohol related violations over the past 5 years
- Must have zero serious moving violation over the past 3 years
- This includes speeding by 15 mph or more, reckless driving or endangerment, following too close, license suspension for points, or license suspension for hazmat violation
- Must have zero accident-related violations over the past 3 years
- This includes leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, or failure to report
- Must have less than 3 minor moving violations over the past 3 years
- Must have zero DOT recordable, preventable accidents in the past 3 years
